Description and Service Details
Description (Service) | Offers on-site 24-hour personal support services for seniors. Provides the Supportive Housing program to eligible residents of Martin House and Bruce Apartments along with eligible individuals living in the surrounding neighbourhood (see the boundaries listed below) Support can include, but is not limited to:
