Anyone planning a visit to a long-term care home is advised to contact the home in advance to make sure the home is free of outbreaks, and to get information on the home's visitor policy and any other restrictions currently in place. Learn more here

One of three long-term care homes owned and operated by the Region of Halton. 
Post Inn Village offers 24 hour nursing and medical care to 228 individuals with varying disabilities including cognitive impairment. 
 
A private childcare centre is situated at Post Inn Village, which adds to the village-like feel of the facility and provides an excellent opportunity for inter-generational programs.
