Description (Service) | Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities * transportation is not included in program fee (call agency for information on transportation options) Circle of Friends Program (The) - Adult day service for clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and/or other cognitive impairments Gathering Place Program (The) - Adult day service for clients with physical disabilities, mild cognitive impairments and/or frail health Extended Hours Program - Provides evening and weekend respite for clients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, other cognitive impairments, physical disabilities and/or frail health * call 905-279-9061 and the program coordinator will help determine if your loved one qualifies for the program and provide with any further information required |
