Public Showers/Baths
Public or private organizations that provide showers, baths or other facilities where homeless people, travellers and others who do not have access to private bathing facilities can wash. Included are permanent shower facilities as well as mobile installations that can be moved from place to place. Also included are organizations that provide vouchers that people can use to access bathing facilities.
Utility Service Providers
Companies that provide natural gas, electric, water or telephone services to business and residential customers. Also included are companies that provide propane/home heating oil or other similar energy alternatives. In areas where power deregulation has occurred and unbundled service is available, customers can choose to purchase electricity and/or natural gas from a variety of competing sources while maintaining their current delivery arrangements. Choices are also available in local and long distance telephone service.

Insurance Complaints
Programs that accept and, where possible, attempt to resolve complaints regarding the licensing, services, unethical or improper conduct of personnel or other inappropriate business practices of companies that sell insurance or settle insurance claims.
Public Health Advisories
Programs that issue bulletins or otherwise inform the public of occurrences that may constitute a public health emergency. Public health advisories may also include safety instructions for people who are likely to be affected by the situation.
