Programs that pay for, loan, or otherwise provide access to equipment or other products which have been modified to enhance the manner in which people with disabilities can take part in the leisure time pursuits of their choice. Included are modified dog leashes, craft making items, sewing accessories, games, puzzles, cards, video equipment, sports equipment, cycling equipment, toys and other similar products.
Recreational Facilities
Programs that develop, maintain and make available to the public, acreage and facilities for a broad range of recreational activities, sports and games; and/or urban open spaces where people can gather to eat lunch, socialize and enjoy being outdoors.

Leisure Equipment/Supplies Donation Programs
Programs that accept new or secondhand equipment that is used for leisure time pursuits, repair the items if necessary, and keep them for use in their own programs, donate them to other community-based organizations for distribution to the people they serve, or sell them to raise money for agency programs.
