2026 Interim (issued end of January):

• First installment - Feb 25, 2026
• Second installment - Apr 27, 2026

2026 Final (issued in May):

• First installment - to be determined
• Second installment - to be determined

Payment Options

Pre-authorized tax payment plans:

• completing the Pre-Authorized Tax Payment Plan Application Form allows for the payment in four, nine or 12 monthly installments 

Post-dated cheques corresponding with due dates only:

• cheques can be delivered in person or in the after-hours drop box at Town Hall 

Internet, Telephone or ATM Banking:

• contact your financial institution 

Mail:

In Person:

• by cheque at the ServiceOakville counter on the main floor of Town Hall 
• Please note, cash is not accepted as a form of payment for Property Tax 

After Hours in person:

• drop off payment (by cheque only) through the after-hours drop box after business hours and on weekends and holidays 

Credit Card (online only):

• to pay taxes using existing MasterCard, Visa or American Express, visit the Plastiq website
• there is a fee to use this service for tax payments and it is independent of the Town of Oakville
• payments are processed within three to six business days
