Description (Service)	Programs to proactively help address personal mental and physical well-being in a safe and supportive environment please note that some programs may require a physician’s referral or registration through partners Small Steps for Big Changes an evidence-based counselling program designed to help individuals make sustainable diet and exercise behaviour change Living with Parkinson’s partnered with Passion for Parkinson’s to provide Free Exercise Programs for those in our community who are living with Parkinson’s includes Tai Chi and Indoor Cycling Classes Golden Hearts program emphasizes physical wellness, mental well-being, and meaningful social connections through group activities, educational sessions, and wellness challenges
