The Studio in Gairloch Gardens is a standalone building situated at a comfortable distance from other structures on the property

• roughly 620 square feet in size, and surrounded by trees, shrubbery, and gardens
• capacity is 50 people maximum
• facility features integrated heating and air conditioning, two large ceiling fans, two accessible gender-neutral restrooms, and a cloakroom
• building is fully accessible to those who use mobility devices and there are no stairs into or inside of the Studio
• can provide limited tables and chairs, but does not provide linens, dishware, glassware, or audio-visual equipment
• can be rented Mon-Sat year-round (Sundays are available for full-weekend bookings only)
• suitable for hosting any occasion in any season
• rental hours can take place from 9 am-10 pm, which is when the Town of Oakville closes the Gairloch Gardens grounds
