A not-for-profit organization that assists clients with tasks in the home, providing emotional and social support, while helping seniors take part in the life of their community

Ride Connect provides transportation to and from Oakville, Mississauga, Etobicoke and Brampton areas

• client base is primarily seniors and clients with disabilities
• specialize in rides to and from medical appointments, as well as grocery shopping and adult day programs
• a fleet of wheelchair accessible vans as well as large 15 accessible passenger vans and buses are available when traveling with larger groups

Rides available Mon-Fri 8:30 am-8 pm, Sat-Sun 9 am-5 pm, Holidays 9 am-5 pm

Any senior ages 55+ or persons with a disability

• if the client is travelling with a caregiver, there is no extra charge for the trip
• if a passenger does not have a someone to travel with, can provide caregiver to the client for Passenger Assistance during their ride

• rides need to be requested a minimum of 4 days in advance of appointments
• clients will be informed 48 hrs before if the booked ride can be accommodated
• pick up times may vary, and there may be a wait time to assist requests for older adults
• any cancellation will require the clients to notify the office as soon as possible prior to the scheduled ride
• cancellations and “no-shows” will be charged the equivalent of a one-way ride if not cancelled 24hrs in advance
