People may call for various types of assistance. Some may need a compassionate ear, emergency assistance in the form of food vouchers or information that will help them access appropriate services.

  • will contact the caller directly to assist by setting up a time for a home visit
  • minimal assistance provided on emergency short-term basis while clients are waiting to be connected with local Social Services programs
