| Description (Service) | The Rapid Access Clinic (RAC) is a provincial program dedicated to help people with musculoskeletal conditions * Shoulder Pain RAC is a central intake point for patients with shoulder pain * provides timely access to an assessment by an Advanced Practice Practitioner (Regulated Healthcare Professional with advanced training in orthopedic care) within 2-4 weeks |
