Farm-based agricultural program for people with dementia * program offers respite to caregivers and/or families while addressing social care needs for members with dementia * most of the program is concentrated in its own Sensory Garden, a designated half acre plot on a 165 acre farm with a specialized horticultural therapeutic design for people with dementia to grow herbs, produce and flowers for a participant farm share and the farm store |
