Description and Service Details
Description (Service) | Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) services in Brampton, Halton, Mississauga, and South Etobicoke are delivered through a network of organizations led by CarePoint Health * in-person or virtual cognitive-behavioural therapy in a one-on-one format or group psychotherapy * client will be matched with a therapist for 10-12 sessions held weekly for 5-60 minutes
