						| Description (Service) | Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) services in Brampton, Halton, Mississauga, and South Etobicoke are delivered through a network of organizations led by CarePoint Health * in-person or virtual cognitive-behavioural therapy in a one-on-one format or group psychotherapy * client will be matched with a therapist for 10-12 sessions held weekly for 5-60 minutes 
 Services can be provided for:
 
depression and low moodgeneralized anxiety and worryhealth anxietyobsessive-compulsive concernsother anxiety and stress-related problemspost-traumatic stresssocial anxiety and performance fearsspecific fearsunexpected panic attacks and agoraphobic fearsdifferent supports are available to meet client's needs including individual or group psychotherapycognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) focuses on practical strategies and skills to manage problems that happen in everyday life * provides strategies on how to manage unhelpful ways of thinking, face your fears and respond to situations in more adaptive ways OSP does not offer:
