Virtual Rec Connect is an online recreational program designed to offer therapeutic activities to vulnerable and isolated older adults, as well as individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities who are either on a waitlist for in-person adult day services or are unable to attend in person

  • virtual recreational programs to seniors in the Central Region over the phone and online
  • programs include physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and social activities
  • activities can be selected by participants based on their preferences 
  • live entertainment and educational sessions for caregivers and participants 
  • caregivers and clients can access afterhours resources and activities online through private members section of the website
