						| Description (Service) | Provides caregiver relief away from home from two (2) to fourteen (14) nights, up to three (3) times per year at Oakville Senior Citizens Residence (OSCR) in Oakville * short stay rooms are located on the main floor of the OSCR's residential tower 
 Short stay services include:
 
help with personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing/undressing, brushing teeth)medication reminders and management (some limitations apply)3 meals and an evening snack each dayaccess to OSCR's programs, activities, entertainment and exercise groupsCare Coordinators and a Respite Advisor complete the assessment and intake, while dedicated staff at OSCR provide direct care |
