provides telephone support and mobile intervention to persons who are in crisis and have a mental health concern Case Management:
 
Transitional Case Management program: assists individuals who are experiencing significant mental health concerns by providing: service coordination, care planning, skill development and supportive counselling to support recovery. People are supported with their goals in areas such as life skills, housing, employment and managing symptomsDual Diagnosis Program: for people who have both a mental health concern and /or intellectual disabilityJustice services: providing assistance and court support services for people who have a mental health/addiction concern and are involved in the criminal justice systemCourt support: for people who have a mental health and/or addiction concern and are accused of an offence * help patients get the mental health and/or addictions support they need while they are in the midst of court proceedings, such as the community treatment courtRelease from custody: help people to reintegrate back into the community in a safe and supportive manner Call-In Counselling:
