Description and Service Details
| Description (Service) | Multidisciplinary outpatient program that provides physiotherapy, occupational and speech language therapy for clients who have suffered a recent cerebral-vascular accident, acquired brain injury or other neurologically related impairment, and who have experienced a recent loss of strength or mobility * beneficial for frail elderly and those recovering from a stroke or acquired brain injury, or neurological diseases including Parkinson's, brain tumour, Guillain-Barré Syndrome and Multiple Sclerosis * clients are treated for two half days a week for a period of up to eight weeks * clients are responsible for transportation to and from the program offered at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (OTMH)
