| Description (Service) | Family education, emotional support and practical assistance, public awareness, and advocacy on behalf of people with schizophrenia and their families 
 One-to-One Support Telephone, online and in-person support services, including first episode or new diagnosis of schizophrenia/psychosis, and ongoing issues regarding schizophrenia and related mental illness
