Description (Service)	Primary care for newly arrived refugees including: diagnosis and management of acute medical issues; referrals to specialists when necessary annual health exams management of chronic diseases such as diabetes or hypertension preventative care full primary care for children including immunizations pregnancy care family planning advice health education After two years, clinic staff will help patients to connect with a family physician near their home
