Description (Service)	Offers a subscription service to register persons living with Alzheimer's and other dementias in the National Wandering Registry Stores condition-specific health information securely in the Subscriber Health Information Database Provides condition-specific medical IDs to be worn at the neck or wrist of person at risk of wandering Allows first responders to respond swiftly and effectively to locate, identify and reunite loved ones with their families and care partners if they were to wander, or go missing
