| Description (Service) | Operates a 10 bed residential hospice in a home-like setting. Provides end of life comfort and caring support to meet the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of people living with a progressive life-limiting illness. This support extends to provide grief and bereavement for caregivers. |
