Activities include:

  • working to share and develop strategies to enhance the quality of life for Halton residents, with a particular focus on older adults
  • creating opportunities for municipalities and communities within Halton to identify and prioritize their capacity to support their own Age-Friendly initiatives through education, advocacy, and local policy changes that are reflective of inclusive, equitable and diverse best practices
  • identifying common Age Friendly initiatives that can be worked on collaboratively
