Offers boating courses on seamanship, navigation, maintenance, and opportunities to take test for Pleasure Craft Operator Card, PCOC and Restricted Radiotelephone Operator's Certificate, ROC(M) (often referred to as the Boating "License" and the VHF Radio "License")
