Provides rent-geared-to-income and below-market-rent housing for seniors

  • all applications are made to Bonnie Place management

Bonnie Place I:  

  • rents are geared to income  
  • 39 bachelor and 40 one-bedroom units in the apartment tower  
  • common room for use of all tenants 

Bonnie Place II:  

  • 82 one-bedroom units with balconies  
  • 76 units are at 80% of market rent and the remaining 6 are at full market rent
