Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Offering individual or group support, resources and anxiety reduction strategies for individuals struggling with body image and/or disordered eating practices and those who care for them. 
Programs include: 
* volunteer facilitated support groups  
* anxiety reduction programs including meditation, yoga 
* resources, lending library  
* community outreach primarily in primary and secondary school systems  
* education, healing workshops 
* one on one support 
* year round programs and services are confidential and free of charge  
* individuals participate at their own pace 
* individual and family support available by appointment, call or email to book 
* limited clinical support by appointment 
Peer support or educational groups vary from closed 6, 8 or 10 week groups to weekly or monthly drop in groups facilitated by volunteers * see calendar on website for current groups
Hours Office Mon-Thu 10 am-3 pm * program times and dates vary, generally weekday evenings * see website for dates and times
