Tai chi improves the total person by promoting health, well-being and inner peace

  • learn a sequence of movements that are slow, gentle and rhythmic 
  • calming to the body mind and spirit 
  • improve posture, strengthen bones, tone muscles, loosen and strengthen joints, stretch and strengthen ligaments
  • relax areas of the body where tension is held
  • The 20 Posture Qi Gong set of exercises based on ancient Chinese (natural) art of cultivating energy for body, mind and spirit, results in improved fitness and overall well-being and is suitable for male and female of all ages
  • occasional guest instructors 
  • workshops

* Victoria Park (Jun, Jul, Aug): Tue 7 pm-8:30 pm-beginner and intermediate
