Description (Service)

Parking is regulated in the Town of Halton Hills for public safety, maintenance and accessibility of residents. Maintenance of public parking lots is completed by the Town's Public Works Division.

Pay Parking Tickets

  • Halton Hills residents can pay parking tickets using the online platform.

Dispute a Ticket 

  • Halton Hills residents can dispute tickets using the online platform.

Parking Exemptions

  • Parking exemptions are granted to allow residents to park on the street for up to 24 days per calendar year, per vehicle license plate. A parking exemption allows vehicles to park in excess of six (6) hours; and/or between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., during the winter months, November 15th to April 15th. 

Overnight Parking Permits 

  • The Town of Halton Hills provides limited, overnight parking in designated municipal lots from 7 pm-7 am
  • Parking permits are required, and monthly permit fees apply
